With a focus on nourishment, movement and balance, our new series of winter wellness breaks tap into the natural energy of our green and pleasant land here in Somerset, with a little help from our friends.
From January to March book exclusive Live Well retreats in collaboration with stellar speakers and industry leaders, enjoy bespoke menus in our estate eateries, and spend some all-important time reconnecting with nature.
As self-guided retreats you can set your own pace, choose from menus designed to nourish and fulfil, and explore the estate, spa and complimentary wellness schedule as much (or as little) as you like.
Find Your Balance: 11-13 March
A special two-night stay celebrating ‘balance’ of mind, body and spirit. We’re welcoming breathwork expert and coach Valentina Marzola of Airena to introduce you to breathwork 2.0, bringing back Gaz Oakley to share his journey to self-sufficiency (and perhaps inspire your own veg patch), ​​and enlisting Sarah-Stocker Harding to share her experience of Ayurveda and the principles which changed her life. Enjoy a guided cold immersion and sauna session with our expert and free time to spa, stroll and soak in the beauty of our Somerset estate.
